This lists the top rated Scenarios and Judges. You can review
scenarios, at which point you can also give a review for your
judge of the scenario.
There is a minimum threshold defined based on the total
number of candidates. Anything with reviews less than this threshold
is ignored.

submitted about the scenario, once it is setup for your account. If
